We test every teaching against Word of God

1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1 (NKJV)

Our Core Principles

Our authority is taken from the holy word of God. The Bible.  We apply the follow principles when studying the scriptures

  • God's word never contradicts itself
  • Our understanding needs to change if our understanding of a passage of scripture is in contradiction to any other passage of scripture
  • When studying a subject that has different aspects, look at all the aspects before reaching a conclusion
  • Whatever you conclude will have ramifications or consequences
  • When considering a text in the scripture ask the questions: Who, what, when, where, why, how? to understand the context of the situation
